The weekly price is for up to FIVE guests.The cost for extra people is.
$100.00 AUD per week Adults
$50.00 Children
Linen is charged at
$20.00 AUD per bed (double or single) for sheets and towels.Please note that only one set is supplied for each guest and if a change is required feel free to use the washing machine or dryer in the laundry
Once your deposit is paid the price is fixed and includes everything (heating,electricity etc) the only extra being the linen required.
TO MAKE A BOOKING
Complete the booking enquiry form and we will contact you by email as soon as possible to confirm that the weeks are available.We will then send you a booking form and remove your weeks from our website.You fill out and sign the form including the number of people and linen requirments and return to us with your deposit
Our weekly bookings are from Saturday 4pm arrival to Saturday 10am departure to allow our cleaner time to freshen up the house if required
DEPOSIT
Within 14 days a provisional booking must be confirmed by payment of a deposit of $250.00
per week for each week reserved otherwise these weeks will be put up as available again.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The booking deposit is also the security deposit although we will only hold up to two weeks or $500.00 of it regardless of the length of stay
All deposits are paid into your nominated bank account soon after departure. (Subject of course to the house being left in the same condition it was found in)
The use of Australian Holiday House (Killy) is intirely at the users risk.The owners and their representatives accept no responsibility for injury to persons or loss or damage to their property during the use of the accomodation and facilities
Payment of the dposit constitutes unconditional agreement to these conditions and to our booking conditions without recourse
CANCELLATIONS Deposits will only be refunded provided any weeks cancelled can be re-booked and will be paid only after full payment from another client has been received.
FULL PAYMENT is due four weeks before the start date of holiday and is not refundable.Overseas clients are advised to take out travel insurance at least six weeks prior to departure.
